Please keep in mind that submission does not automatically guarantee inclusion in the Home Busines Network, nor does it guarantee your title/description/keywords will be included in the final listing of your site. As with all sites suggested to us, final judgment as to the content, category, description, and keywords relating to any site accepted for inclusion in the directory remains solely with the Home Business Network editors.

You will receive an email response within 30 days, stating whether your entry is accepted or declined. If your entry is declined, you will be allowed one appeal to the editors to re-attempt to have your site added to the Home Business Network.

How to qualify

Please review our Site Submission guidelines before proceeding with the Submitting your website for review. Sites not meeting these guidelines will not be considered for inclusion in the Home Business Network.

Site Submission Guidelines/ Terms of Service

Your site must be in the English language and be primarily of use to an audience located in the United States of America. Sites not appropriate for the United States should not be submitted to theHome Business Network.

Your site should have original content. Any copyright infringement will result in rejection and/or deletion of your site from the Home Business Network.

Your site cannot contain pornography, pornographic or adult advertising, erotica or adult-only content, gratuitous or graphic violence, material that infringes on or violates someone's rights, or material that promotes/disseminates illegal activities. In addition, no sites promoting illegal chain letters, pyramid schemes, or "psychic services" shall be accepted.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content and activities on your site are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. To the extent that pharmaceuticals and/or medical devices may be offered or promoted on your site, you certify that you are a licensed health care provider or other entity authorized to prescribe, distribute or otherwise deal in such products in the jurisdictions in which they are sold.

Your site must contain sufficient pages and recognizable original content.

Your site must be up and running seven days a week and 24 hours a day.

Your site should not be under construction, and all links must be functional.

Your site must be quick to load (i.e. 20 seconds or less at 56k).

Your site cannot mirror or redirect to another Web site.

Sites already in the directory will have their content re-evaluated, but will not be added a second time.

Your Site may not be an affiliate-only site. Home Business Network Submission Guidelines prohibit sites that do not contain original content and/or are mirror sites. As many affiliate sites are simply templates containing identical information, the Home Business Network reserves the right to reject these submissions.

Definition of Service:

The Home Business Network is a edited/searchable directory of home business opportunities and resources owned and operated by Home-Business-Network.com.. The Home Business Network submission service provides consideration of the applicant's Web site for inclusion in the Home Business Network's directory of Web sites located at www.home-business-network.com  (the "Network").

Agreement

The Home Business Network  Submission service (also referred to herein as the "Service") is provided to you the applicant ("Applicant") pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Home Business Network Submission Service Agreement (the "Agreement"). These terms and conditions of use may be changed in the future without further notice. BY COMPLETING THE SERVICE REGISTRATION FORM AND  THE "Submit" BUTTON, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER; THAT YOU HAVE AND AGREE TO PROVIDE TRUE, COMPLETE, CURRENT AND ACCURATE INFORMATION AS PROMPTED BY THE REGISTRATION FORM; THAT, TO THE BEST OF YOUR KNOWLEDGE, THE SITE SUBMITTED IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS; AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

Description of the Service

In consideration of your payment and participation in the Home Business Network Submission service, in accordance with this Agreement, Home Business Network agrees that a member of Home Business Network editorial staff will review your site for inclusion in the Network, and respond to you within the time period advertised starting from the date that Home Business Network received on its mail servers your completed application for site submission through the Service (excluding weekends and holidays observed by Home Business Network and any delays due to problems with or processing of your applications). Home Business Network will advise Applicant by email whether the Applicant's site has been accepted or declined. Home Business Network does not guarantee that your site will be included in the Network. Home Business Network reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the sites selected for inclusion in the Network and to remove a site at any time.

Applicant acknowledges and agrees that nothing in this Agreement or the Service obligates the Home Business Network to list, link or otherwise accept Applicant's site in the Network or anywhere on www.home-business-network.com or to provide priority placement for Applicant's site; and if Applicant's site is accepted for inclusion in the Network, it will be placed in the manner determined by the Home Business Network. Additionally, if Applicant's site is accepted for inclusion in the Network, the Home Business Network reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine Applicant's listing's title, review and categorization, and the Home Business Network editors retain control over the content and wording of all site reviews. The Home Business Network also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove your site from the Network, move the listing to a different category or subcategory, and change or remove any keywords, comments or annotations at any time, for any reason.
